Military experience provides unique skills and experiences to help make our organization stronger. At Voltyx, we are proud to employ talented veterans, reservists, and military spouses.
The Voltyx Valor Program identifies, develops, & promotes the next generation of Voltyx leaders. This program is designed for ALL employees, including Veteran employees and employees who are currently serving in the Reserves, to enhance their leadership skills, assist with career development and navigation of their Voltyx career. The Voltyx Valor Program also provides training and workshops, and mentorship to others internally and externally to prepare today’s managers to become tomorrow’s leaders.
